  1. Refund and Cancellation policies

    • The refunds terms and conditions do not affect the customer's statutory rights. Returns are accepted for any reason within the 30-day guarantee period (this period begins on the date on the dispatch form) or within 8 working days of receiving goods. Customers returning goods are advised to use registered post or recorded delivery, as Ecodrip cannot issue refunds for returned items lost in transit.
    • To request a refund within the 30 day period, please do the following:

      • Contact us via email to request a return form.
      • Make a note for your reference of the order / invoice number and item name.
      • Indicate the reason for returning on the dispatch form.
      • Indicate whether you would like a replacement.
    • Customers with the wrong item, a duplicate, or who have been sent something which was not ordered are requested to e-mail info@ecodrip.co.uk with the details (name, address, date on dispatch form, order number, item received, item wanted) before returning it.
    • Please note that Ecodrip will not refund returns postage and packing charges except in the demonstrable event that the customer has received an unordered item, an item damaged in transit, or a faulty item.
    • Any items returned to us that are found not to be damaged in any way will incur a handling fee of 25% deducted from the purchase price before refund.
    • Refunds are normally processed within a week of receipt of the returned item to Ecodrip. Where refunds are requested, the Customer Services Manager will search the customer's order record to prevent instances of fraudulent requests.
    • Any replacement item dispatched to a customer claiming non-arrival will be sent via courier and tracked to ensure delivery.
    • To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Ecodrip by post or email giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
    • The goods must be returned to the address shown within the Contact section of the website. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
  2. Delivery Policy

    • How much does it cost?

      A Standard Delivery charge of �10.00 Plus VAT is added to all orders to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire). All orders for �100.00 or more will enjoy free shipping for mainland UK destinations only. EU delivery rates will be charged at �20 + VAT per delivery.

    • How long does it take?

      All items ordered during business hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 10 business days (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30pm. (Assuming that the item is in stock). Our standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery, however every effort is made by ourselves & the couriers to achieve this goal.

      Orders taken on Friday , Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday.

    • Ecodrip, like many online companies, experience busy trading periods, typically the weekends. It is at these times that you may experience a delay of a day or two before receiving your order. We can assure you though that every possible effort is made to process and ship your order on time.
    • Ecodrip relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to 'keep to our word' there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt Ecodrip will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.
    • Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you will be notified by the courier with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. The courier will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to Ecodrip. Your credit / debit card will be credited your original total cost less �14.99 which is the full cost of delivery to you, plus return delivery charges back to Ecodrip.
    • Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting . We may need to give the courier your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery.
  3. Export Restrictions

    • Ecodrip can only export products within the United Kingdom . If you live outside of the United Kingdom please contact us via email to info@ecodrip.co.uk and let us know what products you are interested in.
  4. Acceptable Currencies

    • All transactions and payments on the Ecodrip website need to be processed in UK Pound Sterling currency (£).
